How long does Aadhaar update take after submission?

After we submit your update request on the UIDAI portal, UIDAI typically processes it within 3–7 working days. You will receive an SMS on your registered mobile number when the update is approved.

Do I need to visit your office for Aadhaar update?

No. For most updates (name, address, email, mobile), everything can be done online. You just need to send us clear photos of your documents on WhatsApp. For biometric updates (photo, fingerprint), a visit to an enrolment centre is required — we will guide you on the nearest centre.

What documents do I need for address update?

For address update, you need any one of: electricity bill, water bill, gas connection bill, ration card, bank passbook, rent agreement, or post office passbook. The document must show your name and new address.

Can I update my Aadhaar if my mobile number is not registered?

If your mobile number is not registered on Aadhaar, online updates are not possible. In this case, you need to visit an Aadhaar enrolment centre. We can guide you to the nearest centre and help you with the process.

How many times can I update my Aadhaar details?

Name can be updated a maximum of 2 times. Date of birth can be updated only once. Address, mobile number, and email can be updated multiple times as needed.
